Motel room was expensive for a twin room, a similar motel double +twin $-- Room wasn't read for check in Bathroom door handle broken No extra blankets Shower was horrible to use, either hot or cold no in between

The gentlemen at reception was very pleasant.

The room smelt like a masking spray had been used to cover the smell of stale cigarette smoke (I'm asthmatic). At least one cockroach, heating was poor, a lot of hair in the shower drain from previous guests. Cleanliness in room questionable.

Pool looked nice but didn’t use. Bed was comfortable

Bathroom wasn’t clean. Carpets not clean. No teaspoons to make a cuppa, had to get one from another room.

The smoke alarm had no battery and wouldn’t close, our bedside lamp was broken, the shower rod holding the curtain kept falling out of the wall and an extra charge for 2 extra towels - while minimal- could have been waived.

Bad

I had a 5 night stay, the room was grubby, wardrobe was disgusting, walls were damage, TV did not work, lights didn't work and the room was not made up on any day of my stay, bathroom sink very badly stained and marked. The driveway had at least 6 big potholes - 1 metre x 50cm x 20cms deep, dangerous for driving and evening walks were too dangerous to attempt. Saturday night was an unpleasant experience with other guests drunk and loud in the public area around the pool.

Motel is run down. Bedside lights not working - or at least I couldn't get them to work. No, hand towel or face washer. It's a cheap motel, but next tome we'll pay extra and stay somewhere else.But, the room was clean.

It was old and outdated - cobwebs all over the windows - in very poor condition - bed was way too small

The pool seems to be well maintained and the crockery, cutlery, bedding and towels etc. in the room were all clean and the room itself was clean.

the building is just too old and seems to be an old fibro/timber framed building not brick. The rooms are in very poor condition - windows jammed open/shut with peeling paint, poor airflow, screens broken, musty smell. Interaction with the reception about late checkin was a bit odd (they didn't seem to offer late checkin). Initially when I got there the charge I was shown was $100 more than the fee I'd been given and took a while to get that corrected. There are guests (maybe long term guests or regular guests) that smoke on balconies or near the stairs. People awake talking on balcony during night.

Very clean and perfect for a quick stop over/one night. Central for visiting anything in that area.

It’s old and fairly outdated and room security could be better. Not a lot of privacy if you want to open your window.

Whilst the location was great, the rooms were terrible. Mouldy, mosquitoes all throughout, spent 15 mins killing them all. Kitchenette no sink. Best part of the room was the beds. Bathroom was rotten mouldy, shower average. Roof leaked in bathroom. All undercover outside areas leaked with the downpour.

The accommodation was such a low key for the money, $ 250 per night isn't small amount. The carpet was so dirty and matress on single bad incredibly uncomfortable. The room smelled from smoke and other ppl stating were smoking right outside of their rooms. It was awful.

Had to call staff from front desk to get assistance. Tv had no apps so had to watch free to air. They were stingy with towels, expecting us to use the same towels for 3 nights. Alot of undesirable people appear to be living there long term. Vet loud, curtains in room were rubbish, light from outside kept us .

We left early. The motel is extremely run down and shabby.The Manager was extremely pleasant and helpful but it couldn’t make up for the condition of the room.
